Return Policy

This policy covers physical products purchased through the studio’s stated checkout process. Digital informational access on the website remains free; there is nothing to return for browsing alone.

Eligibility

Items may be returned in original condition when packaging and labels remain intact. Sealed goods that have been opened may not qualify; each product page states applicable limits before checkout.

Time window

Contact the studio within fourteen calendar days of delivery to request a return authorization. Shipping the item back within seven days after authorization is requested where reasonable.

Process

1. Message contact page with your order reference and reason for return.
2. Receive instructions, including the return address in New Zealand.
3. Pack the item securely and use a tracked method when possible.

Refunds

After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment channel unless law requires a different method. Shipping charges are refunded only when the incorrect item was sent or the item arrived damaged.

Damaged delivery

Photograph the package and item, then contact the studio within five days of receipt so a replacement or repair path can be agreed.
